I thought Dijon/Derrick would be a very awkward combo, so that's no big surprise. But they are better than our guys individually. That's not too good.

The decisions with the guards has confused me for a long time. Draft Murray over Brogdon, grab White, but double down on Mills, then the force-Bryn-into-the-league charity case project, and finally draft Lonnie but don't play him.

I don't even know what's going on anymore. It's all been very bizarre.

Pop has the Spurs young guards confused as trying to play 90s ball, making them bury all their basketball instincts to stay inside the system box.

Sadly, Murray doesn't have a modern game.

That’s fair. But he’s fast, quick, long, and can create havoc on D, and is a great rebounding guard.

To me, he’s a gazelle thats not allowed to play with guys that can run with him. He’s flanked by Patty and Forbes and Belli. Pop won’t play him with White. Can’t really blame him right now with a coach that is playing absolutely ridiculous lineups.

Was fine with Rudy when he was on a cheaper contract but of course leave it to PATFO to hand him an extension that pays him more than the last rime. Really really hated that contract we signed him too in the summer knowing that he’s already breaking down.
