NBA 9 sets the basketball stage this fall, but early 2006 offers up our NBA 10 lineup. Sports Picks lines in 2006 will be a little more streamlined, with smaller lineups of bigger stars guaranteed to garner national attention. Here's the first listing of the hoops heroes you'll find in next year's NBA 10 series:
Steve Nash 2 -- The reigning MVP looks to take the reloaded Suns through the stacked Western Conference and bring a le to the desert.
Tracy McGrady 3 -- Re-born in Houston, one of the league's most dangerous players is out to prove there's only room for one team in Texas.
Manu Ginobili -- San Antonio's crafty scorer gives teams nightmares when he drives the lane. When he's not shooting from distance, he's gliding to the hoop as easy as 1-2-3...
LeBron James 3 -- Possibly the best young talent in league history, LeBron returns for his third season with a passion to take his Cavaliers into the NBA playoffs.
Rashard Lewis -- Injuries sidelined Seattle's best forward during the playoffs, but Lewis and company promise to make things tough in the Pacific Northwest this season.
Vince Carter 2 -- His dimmed star found new life in New Jersey last season, and Carter's Nets are poised as a favorite in the NBA's Eastern Conference.

Who's that? That does not look like Wade at all.![]()
Most of them, doesn't even look close to what the player looks like.![]()
Rip Hamilton
Okafor
Nowitzki
and Stoudamire look good.
Grant Hill
Dwayne Wade are terrible.
Cant wait till the spring for the Manu Ginobili.
Grant Hill looks fair, compared to Wade.
Rip looks pretty right on. I guess it's the mask that makes that one look so realistic.
