    Started watching soccer in 98....

I watched highliths of van basten, eusebio etc. No highlights of de stefano but man in those days centre forwards had the physical abilities and skills of a centre back..All these other great 9s had weak dribbles, poor runs etc. Not to mention Ronaldo is the greatest and most unselfish decoy of all time. Phenomenal player.

Seriously, is there a more complete Center Forward than Ronaldo?

tbh more like 2008 son. Penaldo isn't even the best ronaldo

As a pure center forward romario, van basten, even suarez/eto'o/zlatan/peak crespo/drogba are better players from near past memory alone, it just isn't his game and/or position, no shame in that. Why do you think real play with benzema/morata? His only goat asset as a center forward is his positioning (and only as of late), but that's not enough.

Penaldo is probably the best winger/wide forward of all time all things considered, but his central attacking (forward and midfield) qualities have always been lacking (diversion play, pivot play, individual creation, dribbling in traffic, ability to cover for midfielder runs, deep central attacking runs, positional play, link-up play).

my bad son tbh. good choice tbh. but tbh I'd take Romario if we're strictly talking about pure 9s, was a pure predator in the box.

    River plate sucks.

Getting relegated in modern day soccer.

Embarrasing...Oh I just remebered DAF is a river plate fan.

No wonder he hates Maradona so much.

Brazilian Ronaldo is the second best player I have ever had the chance to regularly see play on my lifetime.

Muller and Papin were deadly but Van Basten...

Not a dribbling wizard like R9 obviously but still very complete.
    Football IQ off the charts.

Det GOAT volley against Dassaev and USSR

Also scored the best head goal ever vs Real Madrid at the Bernabeu

    Papin was automatic, holy

Voller was very crafty, smart positioning.
He and Jurgen had great chemistry

It has to be Pelé (he used the #10 but was a striker). He did everything R9 did, had an elite aero game and was good recovering the ball. Not being good with headers is major flaw for a striker, but not every person can jump +1m or control were to put the ball with the head under pressure.
