What does that say about the QB who can't win the division over them with his mega-stacked team?
Pelicans78 spending all year calling this defense elite
What does that say about the QB who can't win the division over them with his mega-stacked team?
Anyone that's gets a penalty for taunting is a moron. The easiest penalty to avoid getting.
Wtf? What kind of call is that?
To me theyre like the Ravens or the Vikings (or even the Broncos sometimes). Least fun to watch, super boring, but usually in it
Taunting shouldn't be a penalty..it's a sport where you're trying to give your opposition brain damage, nobody should care about taunting
Adrenaline is taking over your body, you're laying hits on people, you should be allowed to celebrate..
Aintrefs trying to save the Aints, but they'll have to overturn that
they do this every division game too
For sure. Especially considering how quickly Jones dismissed Foles as a legit QB option.
There's a reason Foles wasn't anything special prior to this latest Eagles stint, NFL success is almost entirely based on scheme, offensive line/supporting cast..
He was damn special in his first Eagle stint as well... he sucked with the Rams because Jeff Fisher..
we played a scrub 3rd string qb against them in week 17 who tore their D apart while they had the starters out there the first half.
I said it that this Aints team peaked over a month ago. Me.
I agree. Which Garrett will never be able to provide.
Jeez, that's got to be one Zach Ertz wins. 6'5" tight end against a 5'10" corner in man coverage, that's 100% Ertz' fault. Correct throw by Foles, though. SMH Ughrtz
Not Foles' fault
Tight end can't let himself get outjumped by a small DB
Meanwhile, the scrub first-string QB could only put up 9 points against them, even with the defense holding the Saints to 12
Yeah Ertz didn’t fight for that one at all.
Jeez, I saw that one coming, why didn't anyone else?
4th and that short, I don't get why you don't just accept the penalty? 3rd and 11 is a favorable situation on defense considering your front 4 and you just got a sack the last 3rd and long.
Eagles CANNOT lose Cox, he's their Aaron Donald but better against the run and slightly less good against the pass but still great.
Sure. And it’s why I mentioned this is all in hindsight. But the Cowboys would be a much better team with him imo. You’ve got Gallup and Cooper getting open downfield but Dak rarely takes those shots. Not to mention all the inaccurate short throws.
And just logically, after your QB1 and QB2 go down, it would have made sense to grab a guy with experience instead of throwing the rookie in there with no backup plan. Of course it looked like the right decision because Dak had a great season.
I guess I’m really just ing because I think the CB are going to be stuck in mediocrity until it’s too late for them to take advantage of the talent they have.
Because you’re a ing football genius.
Eagles starting to drop like flies.
