7-22 tonight. Kyrie's improving.
SuperCam
He was a bench player tonight.
Frankly, he came back at 70 percent.
Next season he needs to ramp it up. He's a s of himself right now though.
yup making max money
32 million for 31 points
I'd be with you if the dude didn't have his foot mutilated. Stop looking for a crutch, bruh.
that was 2 years ago, how long of a leash are celtikkks fans waiting to give him anwyay?
affirmative action minutes
This.
no one offers Russ o rembiid or any other "star" excuses for playing like crap.
"Two years ago"
It's the return season. Paul George was 8.8 ppg on 36.7 FG in his return season. Stop cherry picking, son.
True.
PG was a better player than Hayward before the injury too
He only played the last 6 games that season he averaged 23, 7 and 4 on 42% in his actual return season.

Dunno how you're getting that.
Hayward 21.9 on 47 FG
George 21.7 on 42 FG
That'd give him four extra months of healing/rehab. That's quite significant when we're talking about a major injury that the consensus is two years min to return to form.
And the point is PG came back at sixty percent and we saw the results. Hayward came back at seventy percent and we saw the results.
Nobody in their right mind expected Hayward to be the same player this season.
Even with George I could argue that his 23 was just chucking. It's not like he did it efficiently at prior Hayward level. That was the season after.
19-62
Time to admit that LeGOAT was doing the carrying all along. "Killa Kyrie" is a scrub without LeBron holding his hand.
easy
defense
Some big games in playoffs that mattered
Hayward was a good fringe allstar system player ...
PG was legit all NBA and an Olympian before his injury ...
Are you related to Hayward?
GH Career PER: 17.5 WS: 47.9
PG Career PER: 19.2 WS: 65.2
even if we take out this year pretty sure GH is nt closing a 17 plus gap in win shares
fair point to a degree.
but Lebron also was carrying rodney hood, George hill and other scrubs to the finals last year while this year both are making big bench contributions playing with lessor stars than Bron.
if he makes guys better shouldnt Hil and Hood played better with bron too?
So kyrie had SOMETHING to do with it as well ...
though yes, hayward is being overplayed. they couldnt predict his injury, and that sucks, looks like he hasn't recovered or never will, but they cant keep trotting him out there for big minutes just to justify his salary, its irresponsible. dont think they had a chance this series regardless, as they dont really have many options. i mean sure jaylen brown could get 7-8 more minutes, but where do the other 20 go? marcus smart?
So Hayward downgraded for being efficient and not playing heroball? Makes perfect nonsense.
so raw stats like PPG and FG% not even true shooting % are better indicators than advanced metrics ALL nba selections etc.
Got it.
Now who is talking nonsense?!
Hayward will be better next year and it's totally understandable that he is currently hurting the Celts playing as many minutes as he currently is...No need to jump through hoops trying to dance around the fact that he has been a liability. It's not even his fault that Daddy Brad keeps playing him despite the fact that he had a major injury and needed this entire season to rehab and get into shape.
that's fair ...
but wait this wigga better than PG13 he just needs to rehab, right?!
Not saying you think that your post is fair but apprantly others had an inflated view on this kid BEFORE his injury ...
I'm with you. The only time Gord was better than PG was when PG's leg was in two.
