Don't drag other discussions into this. I wasn't referring to your long game. I am talking about that particular response.

Your response doesn't indicate that conclusion at all, given the fallacies you employed.
my response that you quoted was pointed out the inconsistency of koriwhat's comments, not making my own claims. i wasn't reaching any conclusions of my own, only the conclusion that kw's comment was incoherent

You being exposed somehow indicates support for someone else. Must be nice to have that ivory tower of emotional security.

Oh look, more new words for your bingo card.
    go make your own

I already addressed that. It's not inconsistent based on the way you assumed "conservative backbone" meant all conservatives. You did in fact reach a conclusion, you concluded KW was inconsistent. This is what I was referring to. Instead of trying to have a conversation, you immediately try to discredit the poster by showing inconsistencies when most often you're either intentionally taking something out of context or you're too lazy to actually learn what the individual means. Do you really think that many people lack the ability to know when they are flip flopping?

i never assumed it meant "all conservatives"... thats not what people typically mean when talking about the backbone. nobody says the backbone of america is all americans.

when he talked about conservative backbone, i assumed it meant the more active and politically engaged block of conservatives, as opposed to people generally disinterested in politics who just go pull the lever for republicans every now and again.

regardless, i think its disingenuous to think he was referring to separate groups of people. he was, to his credit, acknowledging that conservatives have a tendency of not being accepting of trans people, but at the same time tried to rehabilitate said group by saying they are generally open and accepting of others. i found that to be a laughable contortion, hence my response with the image of a pretzel. taken to its extreme, its like pointing out how inclusive the kkk is by showing it accepts italian americans, irish americans, etc (no im not saying all conservatives are kkk, so save the straw for something else)

he has now said that "conservative backbone" wasn't even referencing any people, but rather an ideology, which might be genuine, but also calls into question his grasp of the language he's using

You still didn't understand. Good grief.

He said the central theme of the GOP isn't one that is tolerant or accepting of trannies, but that plenty of the members of the conservative party are. Why is this so hard for you that you have to rewrite both sides of the exchange?

My response wasn't incoherent unless you're a re like yourself bro. You just want to define my words and claim that's what they mean when it's not what they meant at all. You're a faux intellectual who is so invested in your own ty ego.

You're a ing re SR. You live in your own world where you think you're the end all to everything including what I meant by "backbone". I meant what I meant no matter how you want to twist it and claim I should've said this or that instead. off lawyer!

Go back and review how many times I stated what I meant... You're just an egomaniac with a complex. Are we really going to argue over what I said when I stated exactly what I meant time and time again?

I always find it funny when idiots here post "This message is hidden because X is on your ignore list."

These are the same losers who post farewell threads when not one person here gives a whether they stay or leave.

As well, Winehole was replying to me not even 20 mins ago but I'm supposed to believe he all of a sudden has me on ignore. Good ignore me and I won't have to deal with a back and forth with a pathetic reject who loves being submissive.

he said the "backbone" of the party, not the "central theme"

    stop paraphrasing!

i already acknowledged in the post you are quoting that i now understand he claims he was referring to the ideology (or central theme, as you put it), but that i maintain that typically, people dont use the expression "backbone of the party' in that way.
