SMH the curse Crawford even there during 6 I just saw that again! He was there game 7 vs Detroit so he gets a pass there, but to see his 17 there during the 6 GAME makes me think he is just a curse for the Spurs directly or indirectly! Bas !
Nice............. NICE.
Thanks for adding my video, will get more views this way
You should also add the Kawhi spin move gif as well as that one:
Splitter with a grown man's move? Why don't I remember this?
How do you not? I replayed that sequence on my DVR at least 10 times.
atleast his softness is hardening against other soft players
Who is the officiating crew tonight?
Expect a dogfight tonight.
Some things I think we have to watch out for tonight:
The Thunder will come out more aggressively on defense. I believe that this will make them foul more (they are not that accustomed to filling in for Ibaka's absence and have grown used to him backstopping any defensive errors they make). The question is whether or not they will get CALLED for those additional fouls. Because I'd bet dollars to donuts that they are coming.
If Adams goes in, Baynes should go in at the same time. Even if Baynes is NOT as good as our other bigs, we need to counterbalance the physicality of Adams, who will, in the absence of an enforcer on our end, continue to hurt our players with impunity (a la Diaw in the last game - even on replay the announcers never admitted that it should have been called for a foul).
Tony will, I fear, show more of the impact of the hammy strain tonight because he has only had one day to recover from the last game. So I hope that he will get the ball to the other shooters as often as he did in the first game.
I expect Durant to be far more aggressive offensively EARLY in the game than he was in the last game, mostly because I expect him to respond to the lack of scoring by his teammates by taking on more of the scoring himself, and mindful of how tired he got in the last game, to do it before he gets so tired.
I expect Brooks to use the Adams/Collison frontcourt more this game than he did last game, and when he does, we need to have our best three point shooters in the game to pull the Thunder defense out of the paint so Timmy can work again.
I expect Sefalosha to spend more time on Tony than he did in game 1, and I hope that means that Danny (or whoever is in the two spot) to go off on Westbrook.
I think we have to realize that we are unlikely to shoot as well as we did the other night for the entire game tonight. And it is unlikely that the Thunder bigs are quite as inept at scoring as they were in that first game.
Unfortunately, I think we have to prepare ourselves for Kerr and Miller to suck up to the Thunder again and again in an attempt to make this a more interesting game.
I hope that we win tonight.
GSG!!
Expect Sefalosha and Collison to try and score points after being lambasted by the media for failing to score. I'd expect to see Collison especially active on offensive rebounds and putbacks.
Well said, and good takes.
The only thing I could see NOT happening is the Adams/Collison duo spending more on the floor. First of all because I don't think Brooks is ready to sit Perkins in such an obvious manner. OKC management has shown they can be very stubborn (almost as much as the Spurs ) when it comes to some players getting minutes or starting or not (Exhibit A: Harden, James). Second, because Adams doesn't play well alongside Perkins, and the Spurs tend to abuse Collison. Which really creates a tough situation for Brooks. And coming back to my first point, he isn't ready to play Adams along one of his remaining, unproven bigs. Even if that's the solution, he'll probably pull a Pop on this one and stick to "veterans".
Floyd Pacquiao putting the team on his back
If Floyd will do a little maintenance work on the OP, like adding the Kawhi and Splitter gifs...as well as the most beautiful video ever posted to the youtubes (the Spurs Tribute video), then I think the Spurs will head to the barren wasteland of Oklahoma up 2-0.

Interesting, and I hope you are right, because I think we can win with the Collison/Perkins grouping.
same here, as much as my chick loves the Spurs too, she must get pretty tired of me hitting the "loop back" button on the DVR about 35 times a game.
you don't watch the game live?
Will be a tough game as OKC does not want to go down 0-2. This is not 2012 and without Ibaka and Harden they are just not as strong a team to hope for a backdoor sweep or winning 4/5 from SAS.. Danger tonight is if Jackson, Fisher or other role players get hot. Zebras going to hurt Spurs tonight but they can prevail.
Spurs 103 Thunder 101
Go Spurs! Thanks for offsetting that other thread.
Yeah I do, but if I see a play I like, I loop back to see it again.
