He has hype around the league and he's been trying for a minute, and he's Black, which usually gets you a coaching job, tbh..
Supposedly he's extremely vague in interviews while other coaches delve into their specific plans, plays, etc....
Shaw might be one of the tiest prospects available out there tbh, no offense to him but I just don't think he can make a good coach of himself. at least Byron Scott has a coach of the year award on his résume

As long as the nuggets have an elite white assistant that can teach x's and o's they should be fine
