Eh. He'll 100% be brought back by Biden. Possibly a cabinet position to boot.
Maybe, but he earned his rank. Imagine working for 20+ years and to get what you deserve taken away over some bull . Would that sit well with you? I doubt it.

He'll recover, no doubt. But it's still bull .

Trump to blow off CDC recommendations and issue his own guidelines for reopening schools

President Donald Trump plans to blow off the recommendations issued by his own Centers for Disease Control and Prevention by releasing his own set of guidelines for reopening American schools

Trump White House is issuing separate guidelines because

it believes the CDC’s are “too restrictive,”

which is what Trump himself claimed in a Wednesday morning tweet in which

he attacked the CDC for purportedly hindering the reopening of schools.

“The White House is discussing ways to

tie federal funding for schools to the pace of their reopening plans as

part of a Phase 4 stimulus bill.”

Pence Accused of Taking Trump’s Coronavirus Tests for Him

WASHINGTON, D.C. —In a scandal that threatens to upend Donald Trump’s Presidency, a new book accuses Trump of paying Vice-President Mike Pence to take his coronavirus tests for him.

    According to the book,

“Swapping Swabs: Trump’s Pandemic of Lies,”

when the subject of being tested for the virus first came up, in March,

Trump started casting about for a “good test-taker” to subs ute for him.

Trump considered several candidates for the ruse, including his son-in-law, Jared Kushner, and the Attorney General, William Barr, but

ultimately settled on Pence, who agreed to take the tests for the fee of twenty-five dollars per result.

Reportedly, Pence initially balked at the proposal, expressing concern that it “would look bad” if the truth about his taking Trump’s coronavirus tests came out, but Trump brusquely shut him down.

“I’ve never taken my own tests, and I’m not going to start now,” Trump allegedly snapped.

With the amount of taxes those liberal democrats charge, one would think they would have at least a semi-solution to the problem, yes?

I don't deny anything, there's simply plus and minuses to the big city vs other areas.

I readily admit to being a city boy, grew up and lived in big cities all around the world. Vagrancy is a problem in every major city. Go check a favela in Sao Paulo if you think San Fran, LA or NY have it bad right now.

When you're a big city, everybody flocks there for better opportunities, and not everybody makes it.

Housing costs also a problem in almost every major city. Again, supply and demand. Everybody wants to live in the city, not everyone can.

If you can afford to live in it, I'll take it every time. And if you can make it big there, you're set.

How is this a liberal democrat problem? London has the same problems, and I wouldn't call it a bastion of liberalism.

It's a big city problem. Traffic can be helped with solid public transportation. Europe in general does a better job than the US on that.

The housing problem though, that's much difficult to tackle. Decentralizing employment is probably an answer to this, but you still have a lot of people driving in to work every day.

Having DESTROYED USA's pandemic preparedness for 2 years ...

    A new investigation reveals
Trump ignored experts on Covid-19 for months

In the pandemic’s early days, Trump heeded friends and political whims over his own medical and security experts.

experts and administration officials tried to warn Trump of the serious nature of the coronavirus pandemic early on.

Alerts from high-ranking government experts began as far back as January,

six weeks before his administration finally sprang into action on March 16,

    when he
issued concrete guidelines for the public.

The report exhaustively outlines numerous ways in which Trump avoided listening to government authorities as they proposed strategies for dealing with the pandemic.

It also details an administration mired in political bickering, which hamstrung officials at every phase of their response.

The report paints a portrait of Trump as being swayed by things like

    petty politics,

    one-upmanship,

advice from his uninformed business associates, and

    his annoyance at inconsequential
    conspiracy theories,

rather than the strenuous and sustained advice of experts —

most of which he ignored for weeks.

    The delay resulted in

a lack of effective quarantining measures,

a dearth of testing centers and equipment,

a failure to reallocate existing resources,
    and

widespread confusion about how seriously the public should be taking the disease.

Trump warns stocks will 'disintegrate' if he loses. But stocks are climbing as Biden pulls aheadTrump warns stocks will 'disintegrate' if he loses. But stocks are climbing as Biden pulls ahead

Investors seem totally unfazed by the political troubles of Trump, whose surprise 2016 election win set off a boom in the stock market.

Biden's poll numbers are looking strong, and yet the S&P 500 just wrapped up its longest winning streak since December.

The Nasdaq has skyrocketed as much as 52% since March 23.

JPMorgan Chase is predicting that a blue wave could even help boost stocks.

Democrats will likely "prioritize policies that will promote economic recovery

since the unemployment rate will likely be around 9% in the first quarter of 2021," strategists at UBS wrote Monday.

"We think a Blue Wave will have a roughly neutral effect on equities."

‘Height of child hunger chutzpah’: Pence uses guise of ‘nutrition’ to claims schools must reopen in fall

The administration has repeatedly sought to cut food assistance.

Pence’s Wednesday claim that fulfilling children’s need for “nutrition” is a primary reason for having students return to schools in fall,

calling it “the height of child hunger chutzpah.”

    Hunger Free America—shaming

Republican senators for blocking $16 billion in food assistance in the midst of the coronavirus pandemic.

Trump administration moves to increase food insecurity by

trying to push millions off of food stamps and

threatening to block 500,000 kids from access to free school lunches.

    Trump-Pence administration, he continued,

“has consistently sought to decrease the ability of children to obtain school meals and other federally-funded nutrition assistance.

it should drop its opposition to the HEROES Act,” said Berg, noting that

the legislation “would provide more than $16 billion worth of nutrition assistance to families with children.”

The sheep-like loyalty of Trump supporters is starting to backfire not on Spurstalk!

    The CULT MOB of MORONS

Donald Trump thinks his voters are morons.

    Trump’s new statue-oriented campaign strategy.

    The ad
declared, “WE WILL PROTECT THIS” and

featured a photo of … no, not some racist-loser Confederate general astride a horse but

“Cristo Redentor,” the famous statue of Jesus Christ that sits atop Mount Corcovado in Rio de Janeiro, which,

    for those keeping track, is

not in the United States but in Brazil,

a sovereign nation in a different continent.

Trump sees Republicans primarily as marks, to be fleeced for all they’re worth and

then abandoned the second he sees no value in them.

Trump’s burning hatred for any American who didn’t vote for him is well do ented, but
just as true and just as disturbing is

his utter disregard for the lives or well-being of people who
did support him, and continue to do so.

Trump and his propagandists are going full speed ahead,

    embracing
    coronavirus denialism and

    encouraging Trump supporters to
    return to church,

    reject mask-wearing and

    stop
    social distancing
    .

He keeps encouraging his followers to

    attend campaign rallies unmasked,

even though that’s the easiest way to get coronavirus.

It’s almost as if Trump his followers to get sick and die.

It’s inarguable that he doesn’t care if they do.

“Trump’s relentless attacks on the security of mail voting are

driving su ion among GOP voters toward absentee ballots,”

which is alarming to “Republican strategists, who say it could undercut their own candidates, including Trump himself.”

“GOP campaigns around the country are hearing from more and more

Republican voters who say they do not trust absentee ballots,”

putting Republicans at a disadvantage in elections where large numbers of voters will vote by mail in order to avoid coronavirus risks at the polls.

Trump’s incompetence and indifference, even malice, toward the public’s welfare is proving to be

a real threat to Republicans running down-ballot races in 2020.

he pulled out of Charlotte and moved to a city that has inadequate hotel space,

adding to the indignations that must be endured as the price of being a Trump supporter.

the move screwed the party out of a ton of money.

    The
New York Times reported over the weekend that

the GOP has already spent $38 million on the Charlotte convention,

money that they’re not getting back.

city government in Jacksonville is now requiring masks too

    — are causing donors to be wary of convention 2.0, and

they’re responding by keeping their wallets shut.

he’s such a sociopathic narcissist that he probably gets off on the way

Republicans keep swallowing his abuse and asking for more.

COVID-19 was Trump’s ‘first significant test — and he flunked it with flying colors’: Paul Krugman

“One thing you can sense from

Republicans is an outraged sense of injustice

    — how dare the world throw Covid-19 at them, when things seemed to be going so well?

But the real surprise is that it took this long for Trump to face a real crisis, ”

“Every other modern president faced some kind of external challenge during his first three years.

Obama took office amid a financial crisis.

Whatever you think of his response, GW Bush faced 9/11.

    Clinton faced stubbornly high unemployment,

    Bush the elder Saddam Hussein.”

    “In other words,

Covid-19 was his first significant test. And he flunked it with flying colors.”

“WE HAVE TO BE PREPARED FOR TRUMP LOSING”:

    AS CHAOS ENGULFS TRUMP CAMPAIGN,

INGRAHAM, OTHER LOYALISTS LOOK FOR THE NEXT THING

Trump’s COVID bungling and ugly rhetoric are baked in—

and against all advice, he’s thinking of commuting Roger Stone’s sentence.

A campaign shake-up is still on the table—but can anything help?

    Trump’s favorite pollster, Scott Rasmussen,

released a poll showing Trump at 39% approval,

the lowest number Rasmussen has ever recorded for Trump.

Trump’s popularity among Republicans dropped four points since mid-June, to 80%.

Trump may antagonize them further by commuting Roger Stone’s 40-month sentence.

White House counselPat Cipollone is against the move, and

    even Attorney General
    Bill Barr is opposed.
