Det, Orlando, OKC and Houston seemed like absolute sure tanks a couple weeks ago.
Trailblazers also seemed dedicated tank after the trades.
Low and behold all of them pulled off some solid efforts and won a couple.

So what he H, who is now tanking and who is not?

Would like to see Craig CIA Pop tank for a better chance at Chet Holmgren. Not gonna happen it appears. Or is it now that his seasons objective has been met?

Cleveland also has a FRP on the line, 1-14 protected, so they're a tank threat.
Chicago has a 1-15 protected pick, so they have incentive to drop.
Brooklyn doesn't have a pick no matter what, so they have every incentive to win in the play-in.
Atlanta doesn't have a pick on the line, so they would be playing their hardest in the play-in.
Charlotte would have to drop to 19 to keep their pick, and a lot of the potential tankers above are in the way, so they'll probably play to win.
