Kap had a baseball arm, like Kyler Murray but at 6'2" or whatever he was more of a threat. Just needed some touch throws for the tier receivers to catch, which he never really developed. But he was also faster than Lamar, about as fast as Vick. Not as elusive as either but surprised people until they just started (and were allowed to start) hitting him when he ran the option. Nobody's allowed to breathe on the preordained MVP Lamar Jackson like they were allowed to truck guys like Kap, RGIII etc
