I don't think anyone reasonable is arguing Parker is better than Kawhi. However, this could have been a cool thread about the recognition of greatness by greatness. Making every thread into a pissing match is tiresome and childish.But parker is better...

Excellent thread. If there was any doubt before as to whether Kawhi is better than the likes of Blake Griffin, Chris Paul, Unibrow, et al, that doubt is now completely assuaged, securing Kawhi's place unequivocally as a top 5 NBA player. Once again TS, great thread!

I love Kawhi and agree his is a top 5-6 player in the league. he has a lot of room to improve..... His handles could tighten up a lot. Also, needs to get better playing off the ball...... That has a lot to do with scheme though . Pop needs to run him off more screens.... With his mid range game there is no reason we shouldn't get him rip Hamilton type shots running him through screens off the ball. Much better alternative to designating him to an ISO player/3 point shooter which happens far too often.
Well that is good being he is on our favorite team and anyone who has a problem with that would not be a true fan of the "TEAM". I would say Kawhi being great should offend no Spurs fans.
parker is still the head of the snake and the engine of our offense...... That doesn't mean that kawhi isn't a great player and our best player.But parker is better...
Kawhi is not as good as anyone in the league,,,anyone with basketball knowledge knows this,,,LeBron, Westbrook, Durant, Curry, Drummond, Davis, ect,,,,,anyway, you get my point. He's a good talent in a great system,,,
