They just ruled about this same issue against Trump a week ago.

This stupid thinking is why we thought dems would flip the senate. It's not going to happen.
Dems are inept.
Dude's gonna die alone now.
Biden can do a lot by executive order - sure, it can be undone by another administration but so it's been with Obama and Trump. Biden can get a (admittedly) moderate like Merrick Garland on the Supreme Court - Bryer is 81? years old - that's pretty old - surely, McConnell cannot delay a SC appointment for 4 years. I am happier that the Repubs kept the Senate than Trump losing.
Not to worry, maybe Biden will ride Trump's coattails - inherit the therapeutics/Warp Speed program and get credit for taking us through covid. Maybe he won't undo Trumps executive orders and ride the inevitable economic upswing when the vaccine comes out. That'd be the ultimate irony - using Trump's work and getting the credit for it.
Notice not much from Hater on here lately. Or Spurtacular.
YEA.
This ratio of these votes has held firm for like 5 hours. Nothing suggests the trend won't continue. Biden should in all probability win PA.
Called it!
Yup exactly. Now that they're likely to keep the senate they're fine letting Trump lose.
Biden should offer Trump a promise to not prosecute him for anything if he agrees to come out against Perdue & Loeffler to tank the Georgia special elections for the GOP.
I don't know what part of that post you think had anything to do with the Dems.
McConnell kept judge vacancies open for Obama's entire 8 years in office. He can absolutely keep a SCOTUS seat open for 4 years.
Melania and barron packing their stuff, if she’s smart, whether he wins or not.
Yeah, this should ease any tension for those who think AZ will flip back. The billion dollar Fox corp probably has way more sophisticated machine learning doodads than a Nate Silver or that ty firm somebody here posted that projected Trump to win.
Bret Baier wanted to laugh so bad when he said that did you see him. Dude smirked hard lol
They were here wearing masks not long ago...
Would you have preferred to get the Senate and lose the Presidency?
THAT AMISH VOTE WAGON HASN'T MADE IT INTO TOWN YET
Incorrect. McConnell wasn't a bottleneck for Obama until January 2015. I keep saying it... if say Scalia had died in 2014 or 2012 or 2010 instead of 2015/2016, there wasn't a damn thing the GOP could have done to block a progressive justice.
I personally would have.
That's a dumb question, it would have never happened that way, the senate was always going to be harder to win than the presidency.
afraid of a 2022+ 2024 super majority as the GOP gains a couple seats in 22 and then another 5-6 in 24.
