They are definitely firing a ton of relatively inaccurate howitzer type of artillery. I just meant that I had not seen them targeting water treatment plants and other civilian infrastructure specifically like they were doing the past couple of months.

The death toll of soldiers from both sides is not even close. Russia gets the award.
So Russian strikes civilians to get even because they know the meat grinder is very costly for Russia.
Summer tanks and personnel carriers along with new artillery and longer range missiles will only enhance the Russian dead.
