There is no state in this country that permits the abortion of healthy babies at eight and nine months. Late stage abortions happen because of medical hazard to the mother or the developing fetus.
What exactly is your problem with that?

I'm no expert, but I do a little reading. What's your problem with abortions that protect the mother and developmentally nonviable fetuses? Because what's the vast majority of late term abortions are. Focusing on the extreme outlier scenario of whimsical late term abortions underscores the the absurdity of your scruple and the unseriousness of your argument.

I'm for the equality of women and have been for quite a long time. That includes access to necessary medical care and deciding when and when not to have a baby, if the woman so chooses. Bodily autonomy is an essential element of freedom.
