if 230 was repealed, one of the first things twitter would do would be to delete Trump's account, as well as all these other nutjob right wings conspiracy theorists. repealing 230 would make twitter liable for the posts made by these people, so naturally they'd muzzle them first.
"Don't vote" --> democrats win senate --> "See, more fraud!" --> $$$
