5-2 overall
The Spurs depart on their annual Rodeo Road Trip, starting with a matchup tomorrow against the 11-13 Atlanta Hawks.
After a grueling gauntlet through the Western Conference to start the season, the Spurs have finally hit what appears to be soft spot in their schedule on paper. That said, this team has a tendency to play to the level of their opponent for better or worse.
Although it is a shorter trip than most years, there will be no All-Star break in the middle so it is going to be a whirlwind of games and travel over the next 13 days. Hopefully, it brings the group together as it has shown to do in years past.
Schedule:
Fri, Feb 12 - Atlanta
Sun, Feb 14 - Charlotte
Tue, Feb 16 - Detroit
Wed, Feb 17 - Cleveland
Sat, Feb 20 - New York
Mon, Feb 22 - Indiana
Wed, Feb 24 - Oklahoma City

tough one to call. pistons are as jeckyl and hide as the spurs have been. in fact, most of these teams are. tre young will go off tomorrow, i'm sure. if i had to take a guess, i'd say 3-4.
We are playing better this year away from the att center so hopefully 5-2 or better
Until shown otherwise, I think the Spurs are a slightly-better-than-0.500 team. So I will go with 4-3.
L-W-L-L-W-W-W
6-1 since no one else has that yet.
Fri, Feb 12 - Atlanta L
Sun, Feb 14 - Charlotte L

Let me be the first to say it peasants, 7-0
6-1 or 5-2 with 1 of the losses coming on the b2b and we battle the pacers
hawks could give us a fight but I like the way we match up.
I can also see a scenario where we reintroduce Aldridge to the starting line up, or for some other reason the wheels fall off entirely for the year
Fri, Feb 12 - Atlanta L
Sun, Feb 14 - Charlotte L
Tue, Feb 16 - Detroit W
Wed, Feb 17 - Cleveland L
Sat, Feb 20 - New York guaranteed L
Mon, Feb 22 - Indiana W
Wed, Feb 24 - Oklahoma City W
3-4
Crap, I forgot about the MSG curse for the Spurs
Only definite loss I see is Indy, but I also don't see any definite wins either. Gonna say 4-3 or 3-4.
Undefeated... unless we lose our first game to the Hawks then we will go 4-3
I'll go 5-2, but I'm wondering about who is playable.
4-3 would be good. Anything better would be great.
3-4 wouldn't be terrible, especially considering their record in the last few rodeo trips.
Who is playable? What’s that supposed to mean?
Fri, Feb 12 - Atlanta L
Sun, Feb 14 - Charlotte W
Tue, Feb 16 - Detroit W
Wed, Feb 17 - Cleveland W
Sat, Feb 20 - New York L
Mon, Feb 22 - Indiana L
Wed, Feb 24 - Oklahoma City W
I'll say 5-2 if LMA is still out...if he plays I'll say 4-3
This team is very capable of winning 7-0, but also disappoint at 3-4. I will be optimistic and say 5-2. And I’m still hoping for 6-1 or 7-0! Those matchup against big’s Mitc Robinson, Myles Turner, Andre Drummond that worries me. But also recently Curry which Trey Young is capable of. The Spurs have good chemistry. They like playing with each other and this trip should be a great bonding moment to refocus. GSG!
Best case: 6-1
Worst case: 3-4
Expected case: 5-2
It feels so right to be wrong.
1-0 es
