Getting use to the change when he plays for the Spurs.
Just has to shoot from the corners decently like Leonard.
Getting use to the change when he plays for the Spurs.
I hope you find it, I would love to hear it.
I hope he has something left because from the sound of this interview he is very close to retiring.
That is how under the radar the Spurs are, other then RT from the radio hosts back in August, it was never brought up in the news that Maggette was talking with the Spurs.
More CIA Pop.
Bruno may have indeed hit it dead on when he said that if Maggette does not make the team, that he may go into the Spurs FO. If they have had talks back then, this could very well have been discussed.
lol, plus there is no audio and/or transcript archived anywhere.
sign edwin jackson!!
Richard Jefferson: The Sequel
. That is because:
"This transmission will destroy itself in 60 seconds should you choose to accept this mission!" (Mission Impossible TV series).
Yeah because some we have on the team now have not done mind boggling TO's before right?
Didn't we try to sign him the year we got Roger Mason Jnr instead?
There was a su ious break-in at their studio where only that recording and transcript were missing from their files.
2008 yep, the same year we drafted George Hill. I remember being on Vacation monitoring it hoping we signed him in July.
the area in KL's game that has the most room for improvement is likely initiating contact and getting to the line.
few players in the last decade have been better than Maggette in doing that.
so, even if Maggette is only here for camp, he might be able to provide a crucial step in Kawhi's development to an all star player.
btw. I didn't know he was so close with Tony. some years ago there were reports that he is best friend with Kobe. if he is in fact a great locker room guy and mentor, it doesn't hurt, even if the Spurs don't exactly lack quality locker room presence. you can't have to much good mood during camp, much like you can't have to much depth.
so or so, like I said in the other thread, I see Nando as the odd man out. even if neither Maggette or Young stay. the ball handling department got slightly stronger with Beli, this will cost Nando some minutes, the assumed improvement of Joseph takes some more. I also don't see much future for Nando with the Spurs. Nando's future is Europe, where he still can build a nice career. (and make more money in the long run).
predicition: if Nando get's an offer he likes in Europe, he will ask the Spurs for a buy out. Nando will just take care to not lose money during that process.
Only 5 years too late.
Just give him a 2 year/$10m deal...
I suspect he has virtually no chance to make the team and that this is born out of (minor) curiosity, but mostly courtesy, because they've liked him for a long time and he's long been regarded as a high character type.
As far as him potentially becoming a part of the front office, I'm pretty sure they've yet to name a replacement for Marks, who ran the Toros last year. Who knows if they think he'd be ready for that though.
Are you trying to jinx the team like your bold prediction with Manu getting overpaid $14.5 M? Way to the Spurs.
Frustration... it's what's for dinner
