Too funny. Mike Monroe is a stuttering, mumbling hack. Just awful. He throws out terrible half statement, half question like sentences that don't make sense or are super obvious. Just garbage.
Those dudes have no sources and don't find out regarding the team until its posted on here. McDonald has been a huge disappointment compared to Ludden.

Pretty bad. My biggest gripe with McDonald is that he asks some of the most psychologically debilitating interview questions during shootaround or practice. If Manu's been struggling with his shot, he'll constantly bring it up even though Manu's mannerisms and tone have made it abundantly clear that he doesn't like hearing about it.
If Danny Green is on a shooting streak, he'll stupidly ask "So over the past 3 playoff games you're shooting 43.2% from 3. Why have you been so efficient and what do you need to do to continue shooting that efficiently?"
If you had an ounce of emotional I.Q., you'd know that Danny Green hates talking about his shooting efficiencies. He's very susceptible to shooting droughts if he ever feels like the team is banking on him hitting his 3 point shots. He'll always try to defer responsibility by saying that he focuses on defense and that anything he gives on offense is a bonus. Yeah, while technically this isn't true, you don't need to bring it up when you know that Danny is sensitive to this sort of thing.
The Sheen guy on 760 is a hoot. Two days ago he was talking on the radio on how Pendergraph was signed to play SF and replaced McGrady. Next, he went on talking about the MLE (as if he will still had the full MLE), and how we should use it to sign Bynum. You know, the guy who was just offered 24 mil for two years.
I mean, this guy actually gets paid to know this stuff for a living. Imagine if your doctor or lawyer knew their stuff in similar fashion.

Don't mind him so much, but I feel he never breaks anything. At best he expounds on info which has been released already. Woj is probably a better source for spurs info than McDonald, but mcdoland has decent follow up.

A lot of people made fun of her because 99% of her posts were just copy/pasting articles from the usual spurs/sports news sites, so she left.
I personally found her posts to be useful. Yeah, she might be copy/pasting articles, but it was convenient to have them all in one nice little setting (spurstalk) as opposed to having to check the sites myself (or google) for new articles.
Agreed. Sheen is awful. Made the switch to 1250 and I like their hard line show even though the guys on there aren't from SA.

I loved Ludden's writing and insight. He knew the trade and talked to people in the industry. He had reputable sources. Now, we are in dark times.
