Hope this nikka dabom gets bolded tho
Go bold or go home.
I agree - I picked SA in 5
The passion.
The one thing the Spurs haven't had this whole season is a sense of urgency. They can either rise to the occasion or start their summer early. Up to them.
My thought as well. This is reminding me of those Nuggets series, where they'd win a game one of the first two games, and yet still looked over matched. They needed a perfect storm of Spurs playing like crap to grab a close win.Spurs win the next 3
Hopefully that theory pans out!
Yeah, if Pop could have picked a loss it would have been Gm 2 since he would have 4 days to put in some work & go in on his player after essentially cruising through the first 5 games of the postseason. It would also FORCE the team to bring their "A" game in a hostile environment, something they will need it in the WCF.
Melo/Iverson/Nene/Camby/JR = KD/WB/Adams/Ibaka/Waiters
Just need West to knock down a dagger 3 & Kawhi to drop eight 3s in the closeout game.
I feel the same. Spurs in 5. That was okc's best punch and they one by 1. Spurs missed 6 easy baskets in 1st.
They better ing win PERIOD!!!!
Alright guys. I hope we don't lose.
I'll ban myself 24hours after any loss vs OKC.
Pop probably going to put Kawhi on Durant this game.
I honestly just hope they get the split. I'm not worried about OKC. I just want the thunder to sharpen up the spurs. The road forward is much more difficult with GSW and CLE
Pop did it late and we went on a huge run. Thanks Pop for not being a dumbass.
Only one to give dap. Thanks man.
Lets get game 4 now tbh
Westbrook is bound to go nuclear one game. The Thunder bench might also make some of their wide open 3's, although that's not too likely. But I expect one of those to happen next game and for the Thunder to win. Long term though, I still think the Spurs are the better team. Maybe Mills will finally show up or Diaw will finally wake up. But even without them, the Spurs are playing great defense and just need to find holes in the Thunder defense and not force so many iso's.
Both of those factors are just as likely to not occur, though, tbh..
It'll be the fourth game. Hard to see Westbrook or the Thunder bench playing any worse. Even with them playing so badly, OKC still manages to keep the game compe ive. I can see one of those happening 1 out of 4 or 1 out of 5 games.
I thought they played a pretty good game, tbh. Other than WB's shooting %, they played an all around good game. This was their best game of the series. I don't think WB can easily shoot a high % on the Spurs, Durant and Ibaka shot well, and that's pretty much all they have defensively.
