I think Clippers were his plan all along. He engineered the breakup with the Spurs to get to this. Just happened to ring on the layover.

Yeah. Kawhi i think has been faking the injury all along and this move to LA gives me a sneaky su ion that "Load Managment" was just a ploy to keep him healthy for the Clippers. But they competed in the playoffs and at that point they had no choice but to give it their all in the playoffs.
Kawhi is probably going to be very heavity favourite to win FMVP again and MVP. They're winning 60+ games and they're clearly at worst the 2 favourites to win it all.
