Timmy Dunkar apparently tolerated this too the entire year he was an assistant. Even started Forms the one game he coached. Which of course the Spurs won -barely in the final minute. Only Timmy Duncan could do that.
"Pop Above Team" has been going on for years.

Was hoping once he got his sought after adulation from the World Commercialism Games gold trinket that he would stop blocking. Yet here we are with Bryn Bryn.
Hopefully enough of a positive young core to overcome.

Cut the bull , Forbes isn't playing over Primo these days. As soon as Pop realizes that he won't be useful on the court, which is basically always on the first 3 games but he did well in preseason, Forbes is out.

Have you had your eyes checked recently?

Please translate this. When exactly is Popped going to realize he won't be useful on the court?

Really ... let's look at the data. Forbes played 6:17 vs Orlando, 10:20 vs Denver and 14:04 vs Milwaukee. His minutes are going up, not down...

It looks like you’re the one who hasn’t watched the games recently.

Sure, but he’s not playing that much either. Many guys around here were certain he would play more than 30 minutes.

So less then 30 minutes is good now?

Point being even if it's 10 minutes Forbes and Popped are stealing development minutes from worthy young candidates.
He's pulled this for the last 2 years.

Yes the situation is 100Xs better then the last 2 years. Still, we want it eliminated period. Simple basketball IQ.

Now, Forbes did show last season he could score effectively in about 1 of every 7 games. But the Bucks had their established starters and Forbes could be used off the bench. Even then, he was worthless against the better teams and it took Pop Jr. til the Finals vs Phoenix to finally pull the plug and Forbes.

As Duncan bailed Popped out, Greak Freak bailed Bud out. By why go thru this ?

He definitely should be getting some real minutes, IMO, but I hope that's going to still happen soon.

THEY SHOUDL TRADE FOR CURRY AND LARRY BIRD TBH (forbes sucks, but tbh, you gotta be blind to not get that 3 point shooting is necessary)
