Someone under the cap will pick him up off the waiver wire.
S of himself athletically, will be 33 next year, but spurs loved his game in the past. Still a decent defender for being slightly undersized, nice midrange, relatively efficient last year.
I might prefer diaw, but intriguing option.
Someone under the cap will pick him up off the waiver wire.
The mantra of this summer's free agency period: he's better than Bonner.
I do prefer Diaw
Actually, he'll be 34 next year. He was born on March 1979. No more old farts, man....unless they're coming to replace Bonner.
We dont need overpriced washed up players.
He's not washed up (not yet at least) - he posted an 18 PER last year, which is pretty decent considering Philadelphia was allergic to actually running any decent offensive sets. And defensively, the 0.98 PPP allowed when he was on the floor was tops among all rotation players in PHI.
Doesn't matter though, as other posters have pointed out (now that I understand the amnesty process), he won't be available to us.
I would use him to replace Blair. He might still be available if he clears waivers.
No, I'd rather have Blair. He's just too old.
I would have Brand over Blair even he was two year older.
Id pass , if he's not the player to put spurs over the top then we shouldent throw money at him
Parker, Ginobili, Duncan, Jackson...
