One would think they would have. Would be grossly irresponsible if they knew he was in Italy (which are we sure he was?) and not test him.
Good think TP isn't on the team anymore...

spurs couldnt be that stoopid ! Could they !?
I have Italy at a 6 fatality rate based on the numbers.
Beli, Mills, or any international player could have picked it up and brought it back, tbh. Wouldn't be surprised if more players test positive.
Lol that is what they get since they did not traded him
Useless old vet that needs to go
Yeah they get the flu and cold to
Oh no !
That would be better than getting COVID.
What a time to be alive ...wonder how folks in san antonio are holding up?
Fat Antonians still packing restaurants and bars possibly spreading it around.
Not sure on travel ban at the time but is it possible one of Beli's friends traveled from Italy to the states to visit him during the ASB?
So Pop blames DT, when he has a dude that traveled to Italy sitting on his bench coughing it up. Would Pop have been ok with DT locking Belli out of the country for now, or his friend or whatever?
If he didn’t travel, maybe he brought someone in. Who knows. Should DT have locked it down?
It doesnt help they brought early infected to our beautiful city of sa
From the slight digging I did earlier in the week, he spent the All-Star break with Italian friends (including Gallinari, I believe) but didn't travel to Italy. But I didn't get much reliable info. That said, Beli is from Northern Italy (the hardest hit place in all of Europe) so it wouldn't be surprising if he at the very least hung out with Northern Italians during the ASB.
But, yeah, I can't imagine the Spurs let him play without testing him.
through it all I don’t understand how Italy has become a paragon of western healthcare. seems like they’re doing a pretty job of controlling it tbh
There are two strains. The deadly one has been said to have been the one making rounds in Italy.
How many STers die from this tbh? Over/under at 30? If Avante were still around he'd be a given.
Did I just hear Fred Hoiberg might have it? Doesn't he have a heart issue? Damn.
Him tonight coaching Nebraska.
Belli def didnt get the looker of the group
I'll easily take the over on that.
He better not have it. He knew he was sick and still coached
