So it looks like this is between the Secretary of the Commonwealth (Kathy Boockvar) and Governor (Tom Wolf), and the Legislature has no say here.
I suppose if they wanted to intervene, they would have to first change electoral law on the State.

really stupid, back-woodsy that voter registration is at county level instead of state level.
The counties could run the registration process
but the registration rolls would be at state level.
Every polling site would have access to the state rolls, so any state resident could vote anywhere in the state.
Arizona down to about 13k difference with a lot of vote still left to count, but Georgia in effect canceled it out and then some even if Biden loses AZ.
The votes still left to count are not in Trump friendly areas, a big chunk of them are in Pima County.

It's time for Progressives/liberals to wake up and finally understand that Islam and its fundamentals are directly counter-intuitive to what Democrats/Liberals/Progressives want in society; i.e. equal rights, feminism, women's rights and equal right to vote, work and contribute to society; LGBTQ+ rights. At some point, something's got to give.
From 2001-2015 or so the liberals tended to sympathize with the Muslims because they considered them just another minority "suppressed" group; however, I do believe that these liberals, who have a brain unlike the maniacal Muslim religious fanatics, are beginning to wake up and smell the coffee and understand that incidents like the 7/7/05 British bombings, the Boston massacre in April 2013, the gay club massacre of 2016, 9/11, the Bataclan in Paris Nov. 2015 etc. are not a fluke and are a direct threat to progressive and liberal ideology.
And Biden is winning Maricopa.
He's still in the lead there but by a very slim margin, and Trump won it in 2016. I'm not so sure. If a lot of the mail ins left are from Mesa and the "Dale's" of Maricopa, those are pretty rich, old, and white places, unlike urban metro Phoenix...
Point is that all of this is a moot point assuming Biden holds his large lead in PA, even if by some miracle Trump came back in AZ -and- won the recount in GA...
