Louisville is the first ACC team to start 0-5 in 62 years.
Beard is going after young pro talented guys and mixing them with those older savvy stronger bully type transfers who are D league types with maturity.
A good combination in BB imo. And the transfers could make low level pros or go overseas and play.
A recipe to be considered.
Along with the new stadium and new excitement in Austin, a good recipe.
wierd thing is Texas seemed more scrappy and determined than Gonzaga. If this type of mentality continues we will lose here and there because it happens, but the progressive recipe looks wise. Those older guys who transfer in determined tell the true stars of the future how BB WILL be played.
All gas no brakes applies much better to BB ball than football imo.
