Yes they do. KCP counted $18 million against their cap figure while unrenounced, and that $8 million they signed him to comes out of their capspace. McGee counts about $3.5 million towards their cap before signing, so they'll probably sign him last to get the extra couple of million vs his agreed to deal as capspace. After signing Green, KCP, and McGee they have about $6.5 million to spend to try to bring back Rondo or land a ring chasing vet.
Still think Lakers can be better than last year. But these new signings wont really stay after this season
+ next year is LeBron's contract year & all the high drama that he'll demand.
