A reminder of how Cushing turns this defense from average/below average to dominant.

Please come back strong. Please stay healthy.

Saw this quote on a Texans board

Jadeveon Clowney is living in the backfield... again. Looking for confirmation of reports of JD "camping out" with the QBs, "filling out his grocery list" back there. Defense > offense.

Yeah...all the reports are saying the defense has looked much better than the offense early on, but that has to be the theme for the Texans to do anything this season anyway.

Unless it's an elite offense or a historically bad defense, most defenses are ahead of the offense this early in camp.

but it must be the clowney effect

its probably more of a "Ryan Fitzpatrick is your #1 QB" effect than anything. that and Houston's front 7 is overall pretty stout and is the strength of their roster

Exactly. Yet you'd think Clown had transformed that defense into a monster from reading some of the posts here.

Well...seeings how he's lined up on the same front as the best defensive lineman in football, he kinda does.

    it's training camp brah

First week in full pads. Facing an offense that has Fitzpatrick as their signal caller. Atleast give it some time before busting a nut.

Nut busted. How do you suppose offenses will stop a combination of JJ and JDC? Add a juiced up Cushing to the mix and the Texans are poised to lead the league in sacks this year. I just hope that by the time week 11 rolls around Foozeball is under center for the brownies...can't wait to see both JJ and JDC wreck ass on that overrated piece of crush of yours.

    Clowney dominating
Inbred snorting coke, throwing picks, and holding the clipboard behind Hoyer
    Bitter much?

You should worry about Cushing staying healthy and Clown not getting any boo boos, not about Football.

Then a near-Keo INT after happy feet.

Keenum follows by holding on to ball too long, throwing wildly out of bounds.

Fitz sharply threads a short-yardage red-zone TD to Hopkins. #Texans

Next play is a sweet spin, stand-up tackle by Clowney.

Watt, Clowney lined up side by side. #Texans

#Texans have refs today. First time during camp.
