When is the buy-in payment due? I'll join but I probably wouldn't have the buy-in money before the season. Just got a house in July and in the process of fixing up my garage/purchasing stuff for my home gym.

OK, you're the commissioner now. You'll have to get everybody's email addresses and create a new league on LeagueSafe, then invite them all. I had to make a new league for last year even though we played in 2013 too.
