Do you wake up every morning consciously knowing you’re a wit, or is it totally subliminal?
Clearly a foul but more contact than that has been swallowed by refs too
Ultimate compe or. For better or worse, the guy never gave up on a play...
Don't hold your breath. It looks like the Spurs are trying to line up cap space for 2020 rather than 2019. I haven't looked at the FAs yet though.
One of my fav Spurs, great career.
teamslowmo thanks for everything Nu! i’ve been a young sponge these last 4 years watching everything you do and it will set me up for the rest of my career in this league. it was an honor sharing a locker room with you as well as watching you compete your ass off! you truly showed what it meant to love and respect the game. with that being said you were 100x more fun to be around off the court. so lucky to learn from u and thank you for everything!!! #graciasmanu#mysecondfavoriteplayerofalltime 🐐🐐 @manuginobili
A funny way for that "Can Kyle be the next Manu?" discussion to close.
Chauncy Billups:
1mrbigshot Congratulations to Manu Ginobili. A 4 time NBA champ and one of the craftiest players I have ever played against. I wish I had a dollar for every one you caught with that euro step. Next stop Hall of Fame.
this pic will surely go welld_dedmon3 I just wanna say thanks for everything u have done for the game of basketball.. A player that I can honestly say was a true professional an always willing to help an teach others.. Thanks again Grandpa Juice leader of the Juice Squad.. Enjoy retirement my brotha @manuginobili
turnoboli and enrique has their fair share of last possession plays/elimination games that costs the spurs ringing in a contender year
Will kawhi say anything about manu?
Waiting for that LBJ post...you know it's coming. He'll probably talk about the euro step.
Full LBJ post incoming eventually when his team corrects the Twitter mistake...
I've been crying all day. I can't believe he's gone, tbh.
He was part of a team that showed the world a brand of basketball that will be difficult to replicate - the beautiful game - the way bb is supposed to be played.
I think people will miss this more than they think
It's a sad day without a doubt
I don't really get emotional over players, I kind of did with David, but he is my favorite player of all-time. However, getting home from work and seeing that Manu retired was like a hard kick to the balls. This one truly hurts my heart. I literally got misty eyed thinking about his career and all he has done for the Spurs and San Antonio. Thank you Manu everything, and especially for being someone in the limelight that our children could truly look up to. Have an awesome post NBA career.
Congrats Manu! Incredible career. One of my favorites of all time!!!!
Now go contact Charles so he can get you a job as the first international in the TNT Studio.
Wouldn’t surprise me in the least if Manu ended up on TNT.
no shame.
I've been teary these last couple months just watching the numerous youtube vids of his highlights.
So painful to think we'll never see him play again.
the numerous tributes from all over prove Manu was recognized by 1000s of players, bball people as someone very special, as a player and as a person.
Holy we Spurs fans and NBA have been so lucky to have had the skinny kid from Bahia Blanca
