And the judiciary, being state or federal is in charge of deciding any alleged fraud cases, so you're incorrect on that point too.
The reason media can safely project who the electors are going to vote for, is because most states actually have electoral laws, passed by their legislatures, that mandate electors to cast a vote for the winner of the popular vote in the respective states.
The notion that not one, not two but three state legislatures (int his case GA, PA, MI) are going to revoke their electoral laws, act against the will of their cons uents, possibly kill their political careers and change the electoral votes, especially in light of the utter inability to prove any amount of fraud that could've swing the election, is simply fantasy.
POTUS knows he lost and it's irreversible. He's peddling that fantasy to suckers so they keep parting with their hard earned money to fill the coffers of his new super PAC.
