Based on what the people who testified were asked they had no need to ever meet, speak or intimately know the president to reveal what they were asked. The witnesses who know Trump and talked about the exact plan to talk and meet the Ukrainian President are not testifying by orders of the president.
You seriously think the president’s lawyer, who clearly knows and talked to Trump about the meeting and call is gonna testify? Giuliani is already lawyering up himself. There are rotten apples associated with this who of course will not testify as they will get in more trouble than merely impeached. And of course some face a presidential order not to talk.
