wizard too damn high, hawks and heat should have a higher seeding.
bulls also will end up with more win than those damn bucks.
I won't go ahead and call a champion or say who will end up in the Finals, because the Lakers would've never gotten there last year without the Pau collusion trade. So here's where I expect things to be at the trading deadline:
Pacific:
1. Lakers
2. Suns
3. Clippers
4. Warriors
5. Kings
Northwest:
1. Jazz
2. Blazers
3. Nuggets
4. Wolves
Southwest:
1. Hornets
2. Rockets (I'd put them at #1 if healthy, but that's always an iffy bet)
3. Spurs
4. Mavs
5. Grizzlies
Central:
1. Cavs
2. Pistons
3. Bucks
4. Bulls
5. Pacers
Southeast:
1. Magic
2. Wizards
3. Hawks
4. Heat
5. Bobcats
Atlantic:
1. Celtics
2. Sixers
3. Raptors
4. Nets
5. Knicks

The Heat have a rejuvenated Wade, Marion, Beasley and a big bag of . The Wiz were a winning team last year and didn't lose anybody, the Hawks won 37 games and lost Childress. The Bucks added Richard Jefferson and lost Mo Williams, whereas the Bulls were terrible and added Derrick Rose. I think the difference between Chicago and Milwaukee is negligible, they'll both most likely be scrapping it out for the 8th seed and the right to get swept by Boston.
I'll just put my predicted playoff seedings
West
1. Lakers (61-21)
2. Mavericks (58-24)
3. Spurs (57-25)
4. Jazz (51-31)
5. Rockets (51-31)
6. Hornets (48-34)
7. Blazers (45-37)
8. Suns (43-39)
East
1. Celtics (60-22)
2. Cavs (58-24)
3. Sixers (55-27)
4. Magic (50-32)
5. Pistons (48-34)
6. Bulls (46-36)
7. Hawks (42-40)
8. Raptors (39-43)
Wow, we're optimistic.
Optimistic yes, but not unrealistic IMO. Unrealistic is the yahoos down south who think their team of mental patients, second round virgins, and injury prone Chinamen are a le contender.
With the current roster, assuming no major injuries, here is our ceiling:
Top Four seed and winning a playoff series
Basement:
44 wins and fighting it out for the seventh or eighth seed and another first-round exit.
I think the best-case scenario is that this team has a top four seed at the deadline and can make a trade for some guy whose team is looking to do a salary dump.
lol Mavsfan think that Jason Kidd and Rick Carlisle will win them 58 games. 10 games into the season with a 2-8 record, Carlisle will revert to grind it out JVG style B-Ball. Kick it into the post or kick it out to a perimeter player for a set shot. Stay in formation and play like automatons.
lol Rocketsfan is depending on Ron Artest and Yao's health.
problem is the Mav's don't have any post players capable of scoring. haha
worst-case scenario:10 games into the season with a 2-8 record
vs Hou L
@ Minn W
@ Sas L
@ Den L
@ Lac W
vs LAL L
@ Chi W
vs Orl L
vs NY W
wow, what a to start the season
problem is Yao has Bill Walton Feet.
problem is the Rockets don't have a mentally stable non-2nd round virgin. haha.
i'll bet you right now that the Mavs finish with a better record than the Rockets. loser can't post for the entire playoffs.
haslem is back too. i dot think he's included in that big bag of that ur talking about. heat are underrated and i think they can take a lot of weak ass EC teams.
my real gripe is the wizards. they lost brendan haywood who is needed for their already bad defensive set in the post. And i think arenas will disrupt the team's defensive mindset.
they also rely too much on perimeter scoring and slashers (antonio daniels, arenas, nick young, deshawn stevenson, butler) about the only player who deserves to shoot in that perimeter is butler. now they are asking ing andre blatche to hold the fort against kevin garnett, horford, amare, duncan, elton brand, gasol, wallace etc lol.
and oh yeah. gilbert chucker arenas is back!!!
they won 43 playing good d last year (no arenas). they lucky if they even hit 40 wins this season.
i want to pee on dirk nowitzki's mouf while d west slaps him and calls him daddy.
ing Rocket and Mav fans go at it more than anyone.
"You're the loser!"
"No, you are!"
"No, you're the loser!"
" you, you're the loser!"
Not exactly an inspiring debate.
I think you might want to mosey on over to www.gaysinglesonline.com/
Are we talking about Mavs fans vs. Rockets fans or the Political forum?
