I certainly don't believe attending a BLM function will be sufficient to prove juror misconduct. The only issue I have seen to date is during Mitc 's interview with GMA, he did admit that Chauven not testifying influenced several of the members of the jury. My understanding is that the instruction was given that they could not presume guilt based on his failure to testify. This could potentially show misconduct though I am not sure it could lead to a mistrial. I have never had this issue come up and have not bothered to research any case law on the subject.
