i am actualy happy for Luka that the Spurs didn't get him. Pop would probably play him 18 min per game and bench him after he made a turnover or shoot a step back 3.

Kind of off topic. Why aren't more people talking about Luka? Dudes almost averaging a triple double in his sop re season. 27.7 ppg 10.8 rpg 9.1 apg. I know it's early in the season but he's playing like a top 5 player in the league in his second year.

the best thing was when he wasn't even on the top 10 MVP list on nba.com. The guy is playing like a top 5 player right now. His stats will most likely go down, but if the Mavs make the playoffs and end at like 4th place (highly unlikely) the MVP award should be his.

I would put Luka over Harden, Kyrie and Lillard for sure. Harden has been shooting insanely bad and has Westbrook. Kyrie's team is .500 in the Eastern conference and Lillard's team has a losing record.
