I am legit concerned that the Warriors are we going to weasel their way into another top 4 pick.
They only have two less losses than the Spurs right now. Steph is out for the foreseeable future. And they've looked like crap even with him on the court.

The front office is clearly in tank mode. They sit guys with minor boo boos. Has anyone on the roster not missed time already.
Other teams are tanking hard too and spurs are not bottom 3 so far... Detroit has already 5 more losses than the spurs and I don't think they'll catch them up.
So it'll be 2 spots for 3 teams (Houston, Spurs and Charlotte). CHA has 2 more losses and Houston 1... So, it's really not a given spurs finish bottom 3. The other 3 teams are also gonna overtank the more we'll get to the end of the RS...

Too many guys on this roster are playing for their next contract. Spurs are going to rack up a bunch of “hustle” wins on the effort of guys who have no future with this team.
You just have to hope it does not negatively impact their draft position. This team needs a top 5 pick very badly. Being stuck in a division with Ja, Zion and Luka is some real .
The fact that we have so many players in contract seasons is the biggest thing working against us besides the pride of PATFO.
Hopefully we get the tank rolling again tomorrow night against the Thunder.

Whay are hornets so bad? I think they are healthy and playing their starters 35+min a game. They are not tanking, yet they are worse than tanking teams.
What good players go the have, though? They have no talent. Their drafts have been bad. This year they were supposed to get Kai Jones and Bouknight floor time because seriously Borrego was holding them back, one of the reasons he was fired. Turns out they suck.
Do some of you even follow the NBA? Lamelo Ball, their best player has played 10 games.
Bridges, their second best player hasn’t played one.
I don't follow hornets. I was looking at last game box score, and just wondering, why are they so bad. Ball and hayvard, their two best players are both playing 35+ min. I think this may be the first time this season i looked at their box score.
With Bridges in limbo, no one plays any defense. You can’t win consistently that way. If you get into a double digit deficit, you’re cooked because you can’t string enough stops together to climb back into the game.
basically hoping charlottes starts picking up some more wins here and there with lamelo providing some nightly upside
