disclaimer: i'm well aware that i'm quite outdated
... i haven't actively gamed, or even bought a new game since i started law school in 2014. i was an avid ps3 gamer, but decided not to buy a ps4 because i didnt want a new distraction. to date, my "newest" console is still a ps3. that said, i finally decided to wipe the dust and hook it up in my living room. wife spends her evenings studying for the mcat, so i no longer have issues hogging the tv.
anyway, main thing i've been playing for past couple of weeks is fallout 3 (game of the year edition with all the DLC material), and i've been having a blast. that said, i'm not really convinced i want to invest in a PS4 yet, since i'd have no games for it, and buying enough games to have a decent library would be its own investment. i'd have to get the new god of war game, was a big fan of the infamous series, so i'd pick up the two releases. i used to be a COD player, but i think i've gotten tired of that. but getting a PS4 is another decision for another day. (also, just to confirm, PS4 > Xbox, right?)
with that being said, i never played new vegas. i've enjoyed the out of fallout 3 despite some of its glitchiness/laginess. you guys recommend me picking up new vegas?
