seriously though, what is up with all the Green Gay Fudge Packers bandwagoners from all over the USA? Doesn't make sense that so many from across the country would cheer for a bunch of gots from cold ass Pissconsin.

Ya'll can thank my Red Sox for showing ya'll the blueprint on how to beat the Astros. Just take care of Verlander and be good with the bats.

always cool to see the last out of the MLB season be a swinging strikeout instead of some boring ground or pop out.

Scherzer just said they were the greatest team in 2019.

The Nationals sucked for half the year.

Aren't the champions usually by default the greatest team that season?

If I were a Stros fan, I'd be nuclear livid at Hinch. Greinke was a 80 pitches and made one mistake. No one else on the Nats could figure out how to get hard contact off him. Then you warm up Cole for half a in' hour and don't bring him in. You don't put the le in the hands of Will Harris, Robert Osuna, and Joe Smith. No tomorrow. You ride and die with Greinke and Cole. And the Astros offense deserves a storm too.

they had a 2007 / 2011 New York Football Giants style playoff run though... out of nowhere. You have to appreciate it when it happens. Though it happens far more often in baseball than football, and it never happens in basketball.

'Nuff said. You didn't even need to include the last part. 2 runs should be enough if you have Greinke and Cole.

Epic collapse. Hinch deserves the axe before Jason Garrett, and I'm not joking.

First time that's ever happened in sports history. Tonight, Halloween Eve 2019, officially made sports history folks. Also, a record low-high temperature for Dallas and San Antonio today.

In terms of winning it all I supposed but they're not even a stacked team. They caught absolute fire down the stretch and momemtum is everything in sports.

Not taking a thing from them though. Well deserved.

It depends. Do you consider the 2007 Giants to be better than the 2007 Patriots? The Giants were 14-6 and the Patriots were 18-1.

Interested to hear from Cole on the matter. This could be a factor on him not coming back. If he cared to pitch tonight he must be mad as .

One entire ball hit hard off Greinke all game and he gets pulled for it after a walk. SMH, I can't understand pulling a red hot pitcher like that, especially when he had two more innings in him.
