Suns Injuries: Dario Saric (Out — Knee), Frank Kaminsky (Out — Knee), Cameron Johnson (Out — Ankle), Abdel Nader (Out — Knee), DeAndre Ayton (Questionable — Ankle)
Spurs Injuries: Tre Jones (Out — COVID-19 Protocols), Jakob Poeltl (Day-to-Day — Back)

The Suns on the 2nd night of a back-to-back after thrashing Pistons at Detroit 135-108. While the Spurs snapped a 6 game losing streak with a win over a Kawhi/George-less Clippers Saturday, with White as the latest of the Spurs’ starters slowly coming back from Covid Protocol. The Spurs need White’s defense again to help slow down CP3 and Booker. Spurs by 6pts! Let’s go!!!

No Cam Johnson and potentially no Ayton. Spurs with the upset tbh.

It’s interesting— for so many years, Spurs fans have been clamoring for White to be “the guy” at PG when in reality, Pop never saw him as a permanent option there and has viewed him as a SG all this time.

I think it's more that Pop has given up on Lonnie being a primary creator. The team had a real problem in creating offensive flow when DJM was on the bench and White was still out. I don't actually know if Jones being back should change the rotation. He's been okay but not really someone I'd want the team to dedicate developmental minutes toward.

Forbes being showcased for a trade also a reason Primo is relegated again. Still interesting Vegas has Phoenix by only 4 points. Lotta respect for your Spurs' 'spirit of compe iveness' that coach always mentions

Pop pulled Primo four minutes in in the last game. I believe he was furious at Primo for making a stupid play. So IMO, he’s in Pop’s doghouse and is being punished for bad play.

Just checking in and see Jock Landale got a defensive rebound. That's great!
