thanks
Can the government send my economic relief $$$ for a pre-order for this? Thanks Uncle Sam.
thanks
I find it interesting you can expand the storage with an NVMe SSD slot.
You're not going to get one of these until next year man.
WTF, I read it was in a couple of weeks I need my PS5 $$$
me this is boring
10.2 TFLOPS RDNA2 is going to be a ing massively strong gpu. They're going to have to sell this $100 cheaper than Series X though since it has a weaker gpu, slightly weaker cpu, and smaller SSD. RDNA2 must be really ing impressive to run at 2.23 GHz in a console form factor. So Navi 2 is going to be really impressive for PC.
Talking about the PS5, no way this launches on time.
My bad you're right because of the virus and all that.
What are the chances they do a Nintendo and still launch with massive shortages?
Damn this could have been a $400 system in normal times when you could depend on heavy adoption and making that money back in the long run on game sales. . Probably going to have to sell it around $550 to make any profit though.
Sorry spurraider21, dude only talking about PS4 BC.
Man, I'm as hardcore of a tech geek as they come but I can't take this. This guy is too much. I'm bailing.
Same. I tuned out about 10 minutes ago and left it in the background but this guy is too boring even for background noise.
this is worse than the coronavirus
Damn Navi 1 seems to be very sensitive to memory bandwidth. If Navi 2 is the same the Series X could be quite a bit more powerful than the PS5.
yeah but it wont be getting god of war/horizon/TLOU sequels
It's doubtful GOW/Horizon are coming for 2-3 years since we have seen nothing about them yet though.
I hope we dont hear anything until this baby is ready to go. Santa Monica did right by annoucing when the game was more than half made back in 2015.
Damn I was so excited about this system when I heard the 9.2 TFLOPS leak until Microsoft had to come all over Sony with a 12 TFLOPS XBox Series X. And the 9.2 TFLOPS leak sounds right, since it was saying 32 compute units clocked at 2.0 GHz. While Sony's 10.2 TFLOPS number comes from the peak boost clock of 2.23 GHz. No boost clock in XBox, or should I say no throttling in XBox. Gotta say I'm leaning XBox for the early part of next gen, especially if Sony doesn't offer free PS5 enhancement patches for their PS4 exclusives. Then pick up the PS5 maybe 2-3 years later when there are exclusives to justify the buy.
man ps3 backwards would have been huge. theres quite a few games never got the chance to play
So buy a used PS3 for $40. I don't know why everyone cares so much about PS3 BC in this thing. PS3 BC isn't going to be better than hardware PS3 anyways.
Why it will just collect dust like your Nintendo Switch.
Xbox will pump out more Gears of War and Halo games and pray it carries them through. I'd pay a bit more if it means more quality games more often.
But either way I'll just wait and see. Not going to be an early adapter here.
Switch was my most played console of 2019 by far.
