Hmm,
Will turn 24 in Feb
Looks fairly athletic, I like the effort and at ude
I'm rooting for him.
Well that's a bit unfair
What about turnovers committed?

put no stock in the position listings tbh, probably just thrown together by some intern. same thing happens when early depth charts are released during the NFL training camp.
but its pretty nice to see a roster where we only have 1 guy shorter than 6'3
I didn’t see the tears. I thought it was a good interview for him. He usually says the right things and it’s good to see he’s enthusiastic about the season. I also liked that he seems honest, unrehearsed. The problem usually with him is not translating that to the court but I did notice from him in this interview no talk about being the PG or wanting to be the leader. It gives me hope he’s focusing on fitting in and finding his new role (as well as improving individually which I’d expect from everyone)
Thanks for sharing
I did notice the remark about Poo. Let’s see if that translates for the longer season.
Its definitely encouraging that he framed things this way regardless of the business side of the decision
Since college, it’s a big concern with him. Even in summer league he landed awkwardly, and had to leave the game. Then his knee meniscus tear rookie year. It’s concerning/
At least it's nothing major... Hope he gets better in time to have at least a couple practices with the team. That could really affect his playing time/role moving forward at the beginning of the season.
Yeah I am always worried about his knee blowing out just the way he plays and the way he kick his foot out when shooting.
Vassell might around and start day 1 haha
Can't believe first preseason game is in 4 days.
The most surprising thing about all those quotes is Mills not being interested in a coaching career post-retirement. Sure looks like a trade deadline candidate then, since I doubt he'll want to take too much of a backseat for these last years he has of NBA-level play... Hope he balls out and nets us a pick or two.
Also, Lonnie at least doing individual work is encouraging. Hope he's ready for the first preseason game. Thanks for the updates Dejounte! Btw, I'll get to you soon on those messages, time's been sparse.
Thanks Dejounte for keeping the updates poppin'
Yeah I thought the same thing he is going to want to get paid and get playing time which he probably won’t get with us if we sign him to a new contract.
Pop looks like he's playing God in a new Bruce Almighty sequel
Anybody know why the Spurs did not go the max allowable roster count of twenty? With injuries and a compressed season, might be good to have extra bodies for rest or at least assigned to the Gleague.
