I think changing the name is a fait accompli now that the big sponsors are threatening. Not sure why it's such a big deal aside from the inertia of years. No logical reason to fight to keep the nickname.

Just so we are in agreement. The vast majority of customers (of FedEx whatever) are indifferent about the name. I am willing to bet majority of FedEx users are unaware the Washington Redskins football team even exists.

List all the major issues facing Western Civilization. Decline of free speech is near if not the top of the list. This was the major edge the West held over the other societies. I think it is cute that many think this crackdown will end at CIS white christians. The goal is control and no different than the Patriot Act 2 decades before.
