I never claimed Parnas was good, that's an unfounded inference. He's very likely guilty as of what he's been accused of.
This evidence comes from a lying fraudster. When did he write the note? Be specific. Coming from a subpoena doesn't make the note true. Parnas is clearly trying to get a reduced sentence.
That, however, is the point: considering he's in the middle of a criminal case, and all these items can be used as evidence against him, fabricating evidence doesn't strike me as a smart move, much less supported by his counsel. He's not being tried for helping POTUS/Giuliani, he's being tried for illegally funneling foreign money to political organizations and candidates.
