Been watching the local KABC Channel 7 post-game show in LA with Norm Nixon and Michael Cooper.
They're saying Pop always "pulls a rabbit out of his hat with players you've never heard of."
That's so nice to hear.
But they also said the Lakers would way rather face the Spurs than Portland.
The Spurs are a "team of the future" according to them.
I'm just surprised they featured the network game in this local show rather than the Lakers, Clippers or Dodgers. Spent a good 15 minutes at the start of the show on our guys.
