Bruh the years and years of no activity paint a wildly different picture. I’m not saying Sa was always awful. But GS has been light years ahead in terms of asset management for a while now
Most of it has been through free agency and having the largest cap increase ever for Durant. They're good, but they're also INSANELY lucky.

Spurs in season trades are usually overblown but this was a year that they really did need to do something at the deadline...like get rid of players who have no future...

And of course these morons did nothing...

So now we get a season and a half for lma and he leaves for nothing...

Either a half or one and a half seasons of derozan and he leaves for nothing...

    Poeltl might leave for nothing...

And in the end you would have traded kawhi leonard for keldon johnson...

Even the knicks are rolling over at this level of stupidity...

This season is like a nightmare we can't wake up from. Pop is literally not all there.
Yup. It's a fact that the Sniffers really try to avoid (notice how timvp doesn't even interact anymore besides posting the Grades)...

Pop has literally some form of mental degradation and everybody around the franchise/organization is too afraid to say anything. He needs help and needs to be forced out before any more damage can be done to the future of the team.

Could’ve traded gay/Carroll/Marco for Drummond. Cleveland got him for nothing. If you really were making a playoff push that would’ve been a move to make
:pop but that wouldn't of been nice thing to do to gay and marco :sad

Lou Williams can't be happy with this. But in all seriousness, very nice pieces. IT has a had a nice year offensively too. I'd imagine the Lakers have an agreement with Darren Collison.

ST actually thinking the spurs have anything of substance to offer someone that would yield, in return, a difference maker.

I’m just waiting for the summer to see what level of incompetence we’ll witness. Should be more exciting than these soulless games.

The only negative for the Clippers is if they give minutes to Thomas, he shouldn't be in the NBA at this point. He's only in the league out of pity due to his injury.

Well the deadline has passed. The one good thing that's come out of all this is that pretty much everyone has now joined the dark side. We didn't even have to wait for the Ides of March for the knives to finally come out. Pop's reign of error most end.

On the other hand, if the Wiz get a first for Bertans, I'm going to have to eat some serious crow. But if they somehow manage to get two first rounders for him, I'm actually going to have to go buy some extra crows to eat.

All teams that win championships are lucky. I'm not arguing that the Spurs FO is better than the GS FO so I'm not sure what your point is bringing up the Spurs.

The Spurs front office is starting Bryn Forbes. Does anyone really think that they can be defended?

Might as well offer DDR the max and get it over with. This franchise is royally f’d for at least the next 7yrs...minimum

Clippers, Warriors, Hawks, OKC, Grizzlies showing the league how it’s done.
Thought that Morris would land with the Lakers.

Riddle me this? Can the Spurs lose enough of their fan base to make ownership initiate some changes?
The modern NBA sucks in many ways, but, I’m not sure what point is being proven by resisting changes like metrics.

Milwaukee and Houston are the only teams that can beat the Clippers. I'd favor the Bucks in a series, but Houston would need to hit their 3s and for Westbrook to get hot for an entire series, which is unlikely.
