Just go through the games and pick the winner.
Chiefs 27, Texans 17
Bengals 20, Steelers 17
Packers 31, Redskins 23
Seahawks 30, Vikings 24
Broncos 23, Chiefs 21
Bengals 26, Patriots 21
Panthers 30, Seahawks 27 (OT)
Cardinals 33, Packers 17
Broncos 16, Bengals 10
Panthers 20, Cardinals 16
Panthers 27, Broncos 21
homer prediction of course
I took a lot of time on the Bengals/Patriots and Broncos/Bengals game. I think Dalton pulls the upset of the playoffs against NE.. and I couldn't make a decisive prediction on the Broncos/Bengals.. I don't trust Dalton fully.. but I have a feeling that Manning is going to throw the game away one way or another.
KC 27, HOU 17
PIT 27, CIN 24
GB 17, WAS 31
SEA 24, MIN 13
I never try to predict anything far down the road, what if some key players get hurt in a win?
Chiefs, Steelers, Seahawks and...........hmmmm?....this is the tuff one..Aaron Rodgers~
Smith
Big Ben
RW
Rodgers
over
Hoyer
A.J.
Teddy
Cousins
makes sense to me.

Like I mentioned in the playofs it comes down to that coach/QB.
2-0
I plan on winning every single game straight up, can I do it?
Starting out 2-0.
Make that 3-0.
Make that 4-0
Looking to go 8-0 SU.
Broncos, Pats, Cards and....Seahawks, all win.
Sticking with the best QB wins.
Tom Brady vs Alex Smith
Carson Palmer (2015) vs Aaron Rodgers
Peyton Manning vs a banged up Big Ben
Russell Wilson vs Cam Newton....4-1

so you're saying palmer > rodgers because of this year and not historically, but have russel > cam even though cam is the mvp, this year? even your gotry can't reconcile that direct contradiction.
Don't you get tired of me stepping on you?
RW
COMP % 68.1
YARDS 4024
TD/INT...34/8
QB rating...110.8 best in the league
Cam had these inferior numbers
59.5
3837
35/10
88.2
Look at this....110.8 vs 88.2
RW setting an NFL record...4000/30/500
And he had the best td/int ratio ever seen in a 5 week span in NFL history.
Now compare their stats in the game they played against each other, once again...RW***
Now who had the better season? Newton gets all those props because of that 15-1 record. But, as you saw RW out played him.
*** Cam...55.5%, 1/2 td/int, 65.6 QB rating
RW...60.0, 1/0, 96.7
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
RW is 4-1 against Newton, all of his career stats are superior, this will be his 10th playoff game, Newton's 4th. No need to talk about who has had the more successful career.
That completely ignores scheme, supporting cast, and RUSHING. Cam's going to win the MVP and Wilson won't get a single vote because Cam was better, got
What about QB rating don't you understand dummy? What about comp % don't you get? RW was the number one ranked QB in the league, go ahead Google it.
Dude, RW's career stats dwarf those of Newtons, just as his 2015 stats do.
Cam had a good season and that 15-1 record a biggie, but don't be stupid and ignore what the numbers tell us?
Kirk Cousins led the league in comp %, dip
Passer rating only meant Russell passed better, ignoring Newton's 10 rushing TDs to Russ'... 1?
If Wilson was the best qb in the league, despite having the #1 defense for the 4th straight year, how come they finished with 6 losses, dip ? And don't give me that schedule bull because they got swept by the rams
Stupid, RW led the league with a 110.8 QB rating, let me guess you don't know what that means do ya?
And RW set an NFL record becoming the only 4000 yard passer, throwing for over 30tds, and rushing for over 500 yards.
And, had the greatest five weeks of td;s with no int's in league history.
And, he totally out played Newton in their week 6 game. Newton throwing two INT's, inferior QB rating.
Dude, RW has won 7 playoff games, played in two SB's in 4 seasons, Newton not close to tht in five, ok? Ain't reality cool?
Dude, Google these guys career stats, it's not even close, RW crushes Newton.
if he's so much better why did he have a much worse record with better defense? Why didn't his team score as much against Carolina as newton did against Seattle? Why is Cam getting MVP and Wilson not even in the conversation?
checkmate, got
Well lets see idiot, the Seahawks played... AT GB, Arizona twice, Carolina, AT Cincy, Pitt, AT Minnesota.
Carolina only played one playoff team on the road , that was Seattle and they were 30 seconds away from losing. They played GB at home. Now who else did they play of note, well?
Dude, what do you have against real life? You seem to wander around in a fantasy.
Look at common opponents and h2h... Panthers much better with both
How come Wilson isn't getting any mvp votes, fggot?
Dude, why ignore the fact the Seahawks played a far tougher schedule? Why not comment on what I just showed you?
ONE MORE TIME~~~~~~~~~
AT...Green Bay, Arizona, Minnesota, Cincy
now add...Carolina, Pitt, Ariz at home.
The Panthers..AT Seattle (were losing with less than a minute to go)
now add....Green Bay
Now what about that don't you understand?
And, how do we know RW won't get any MVP votes? There are those like myself who know the facts.
This is fun.
RW two Superbowls
Cam....0
RW 4-1 vs Cam
Cam 1-4 vs RW
RW playing in his 10 playoff game in 4 seasons
Cam playing in his 4th in 5 seasons
Ha~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
A schedule doesn't make a 5 game difference, got.
Common opponents: green bay and dallas, panthers did much better against both. don't give me bull about road vs home games, that's only a six point swing at mot per vegas.
Are you brain dead, home/road is..HUGE~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ That's why the top seeds get what....HOME FIELD~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Dude, that was the dumbest thing any football fan could say, totally stupid. Home/road is...MASSIVE!!!!!
Dude, how old are you son?
Stupid, Carolina played the Packers at home, ok? Seahawks had them in GB. you really don't get that.....wow!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Dude, the Seahawks gave up the fewest points in the NFL playing a tough schedule, let me guess.......huh????
And, since week 8.
Carolina 7-1
Seatle 6-2
Seattle beating Cards, Steelers, Vikings
Carolina beating Redskins
Here ya go guy.
In a 2010 paper, University of Rochester social psychologist Jeremy P. Jamieson, who did a meta-analysis of studies on both team sports and individual contests such as golf, tennis and boxing going back more than six decades, calculated that those who are competing at home tend to win slightly more than 60 percent of the time.
“The home field advantage is definitely real,” Jamieson said in an interview.
Why the home team wins more often than not, however, has proven to be a trickier question to answer. Traditional explanations have blamed everything from the rigors of travel and the distraction of being harassed by raucous fans, to home teams’ familiarity with and ability to exploit the anomalous quirks of their buildings.
When your Panthers did finally lose where was it, yep.........................ON THE ROAD!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Below is the strength of schedule for every team as it enters the 2015 season:
Rank Team Record Opp. Win % 1 Pittsburgh Steelers 147-107-2 0.579 2 Cincinnati Bengals 144-112 0.563 3 San Francisco 49ers 143-112-1 0.561 4 Seattle Seahawks 142-112-2 0.559 5 Arizona Cardinals 142-113-1 0.557 6 St. Louis Rams 141-114-1 0.553 7 (tie) Oakland Raiders 139-116-1 0.545 7 (tie) Kansas City Chiefs 139-116-1 0.545 9 Cleveland Browns 138-116-2 0.543 10 Denver Broncos 138-117-1 0.541 11 Baltimore Ravens 137-117-2 0.539 12 Minnesota Vikings 138-118 0.539 13 Chicago Bears 136-120 0.531 14 Green Bay Packers 135-120-1 0.529 15 Detroit Lions 135-121 0.527 16 San Diego Chargers 132-123-1 0.518 17 Miami Dolphins 126-130 0.492 18 New York Jets 125-131 0.488 19 Buffalo Bills 124-131-1 0.486 20 (tie) Washington 122-133-1 0.478 20 (tie) New York Giants 122-133-1 0.478 22 New England Patriots 122-134 0.477 23 Philadelphia Eagles 121-134-1 0.475 24 Dallas Cowboys 119-136-1 0.467 25 Jacksonville Jaguars 118-137-1 0.463 26 Tennessee ans 111-144-1 0.435 27 Carolina Panthers 111-145 0.434 28 New Orleans Saints 109-145-2 0.429 29 Tampa Bay Buccaneers 108-146-2 0.425 30 Houston Texans 106-148-2 0.417 31 Indianapolis Colts 106-149-1 0.417 32 Atlanta Falcons 104-150-2 0.409
There is no doubt the Seahaewks took awhile to get going. But since week 8...6-2, and beat Steelers, Cards, Vikes (twice).
What have the Panthers done since week 8? They only played one team with a winning record, the Redskins.
The fact the last time these teams met in a playoff game, Seattle 31 Carolina 17 can't be ignored. And neither can the fact other than a blown coverage with 30 seconds to go, the Seahawks would be 5-0 vs Carolina in the RW era.
These Seahawks are battle tested, been in the biggie twice, these Panthers ain't did .
Hmmmm?
I have Seattle and New England winning in close games.
Going with the Cards for sure, but this game will be more compe ive.
The Denver-Steelers game is tough to call. I'm gonna go with Denver in a close game. Oh wait, Peyton is starting a home playoff game. Even with the injuries, the Steelers literally steal this game thanks to a late Peyton interception where then after the game he blames the receiver for running the wrong route.
the panthers have to win this game if for no other reason that avante will kill himself, for the good of humanity
very mainstream take
