Say you are an NFL GM, and you had to hire one of these guysto be your head coach.

Similarities:
- Both have good reputations as coordinators, but seem clueless at the next level
- Both have their hands tied to some extent; Phillips is totally subservient to his GM, and Childress seems to be at the mercy of his diva QB

Differences:
- While Phillips has a more laidback at ude towards his players, Childress has tried to be unconventional off the field, going so far as to cross-dress as a stewardess on the Vikings team plane
- Phillips seems perfectly fine with his status as Jerrah's puppet, but Childress has showed a rebellious side by cutting Moss and being critical of Favre
