    About 2002 or so. Tony Parker was destroying Kidd in the 03 Finals and NJ had to switch Kittles onto him. He was still incredibly offensively until this season though; his game fell off a cliff at the beginning of this season and never recovered.

    Pretty much just last year - Last year he was way down - ast:TO ratio way up, 3pt and shooting % way down... basically he's lost a step which has affected his penetration and D, and his shooting has never been good so it can't compensate.
