woo hooo
At the time Carter was thrown out, he had about 60+ percent of the Nets points. Obviously when he was gone, the game was over.
Dude, noone is saying hes not talented, we're just saying he's a moron!! there's a diference!
The thread reads : "All the true Spur fans that hung in there say your peace"
Look at the game chat and a few of us steadily posted,,rest seemingly bailed.
Nuff said.
Oops! my bad,you know what I mean.
I know Carter wasn't there, but the Spurs showed great character by coming back. The Spurs didn't lose their cool, and that's good! Carter on the other hand represents a "crybaby superstar" who unfortunately was voted in the AllStar game as a starter. When will people learn???
The Spurs turned it into a cakewalk in the fourth quarter.
The Spurs were coming back anyway and whose to say they would not have won it.
Anyway, time we got a break it seems this year in a game on the road.
For the first time I heard echoes of that '99 team. Although they played badly for the first half on the offensive end, the team didn't mail it in.
They did a gut check at the half (props to Pop for chewing ass) and slowly but surely began to climb back into the game. The Nets must have felt nothing but unrelenting pressure by the fourth quarter.
Not just a win--but a good statement win.
