    msn stored messages on a computer
    check to view hidden files
    for xp
    then do ents and settings
    then local settings application data
    microsoft then msn then db30

    that is where your stored msn messages are

    vista users appdata
    local
    microsoft then msn then copy your db30 file to that

    in vista you can not extract your msn messages to an email client to see your stored client






    the computer that had the stored messages would not boot up had a bad hard drive
    it works

    why I did it
    and it worked and it made the customer happy he got his 8 gigs of stored messages from msn back
